^ Note: There are some monthly/yearly web tags (e.g wettest day) where a date tag is available (i.e. <#MonthDailyRainHD>), but not a time tag. You may get a time back if you put output time parameters into such a date tag, but the time returned may be wrong (especially if you don't use midnight rollover, for that wettest day example <#MonthDailyRainHD format=H:mm> it does return a time when the rain stopped, but the hour is out by 9 or 10 hours on a 9 or 10 am rollover).
