Below is a list of some of the webspace providers being used successfully by other Cumulus Users. A list of non-compatiable providers is listed for reference.

Please feel free to add to this list as required

Free Webspace

  • gloHosting - free, Cumulus-friendly hosting by one of the Cumulus Community users

Commercial (paid) webspace

  • gloHosting - inexpensive, Cumulus-friendly hosting by one of the Cumulus Cummunity users
  • DreamHost - good value for multiple domains
  • E-Rice - Low cost ($10, $20 or $30 a year) web hosting used by many weather related sites. A great way to start out. All you need is your own Domain and away you go. Offers PHP5, MySQL and more. Does not provide crontab abilities however.
  • Godaddy
  • Hostgator - Both individual sites and reseller sites. Works very well with weather related sites. Especially useful if you need multiple domains contained within a single management system (reseller account).
  • ozemail.com.au / iinet.net.au
  • 1&1 - more expensive than other host but their reliability has been excellent. www.1and1.com or www.1and1.co.uk
  • iWeb

Non-Compatible with Cumulus

  • Google Sites
  • Jabry
