As said before, the only administrator, on this Wiki, with good Wiki knowledge, is user [[User:saratogaWX|SaratogaWX]].
From my limited knowledge, here are my answers:
*There should be a short instruction for new users!
**Above and below the table on the [[Main Page]], there are links to short instructions, (all originated by David Jamieson, and specific to this Wiki)
**There is detailed Wiki reference at [https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Contents#For_editors wiki/Help:Contents#For_editors].

#is it possible to send a message if a watch page is talked about?
#*On [[Help:Contents]], it says an email is sent telling you when an entry is saved.
#*As administrator, I can see ''unwatched'' pages, but no more watching information
#*As administrator, I can see your gmail account, but I cannot discover where you have added "Watch".
#is it possible to send a message when a watched page is changed by somebody not yourself?
#*On [[Help:Contents]], it says an email is sent telling you when your page has been edited.
#how do I get the signature below this text
#* The explanation about using four tilde <nowiki>~~~~</nowiki> to add you user name, or 6 tildes <nowiki>~~~~~~</nowiki> to also add date/time, can be found either above or below the table on the [[Main Page]];
#**[[Help:Contents]] is linked above table,
#**and [[How_you_can_contribute]] is linked below the table.
I used six tildes a lot on my earliest contributions elsewhere in this Wiki, not just on this page.
