Remember the consecutive day count refers to completed days, both 'ConsecutiveRainDays' and 'ConsecutiveDryDays' exclude today.
The optional [[Cumulus.ini#Section:_Station|RainDayThreshold]] parameter in Cumulus.ini determines if a minimum rainfall threshold amount is applied to what counts as a rain day.
