At the end of 2014, I rewrote this again, by adding use of PHP script for some of the actions previously done by JavaScript, retaining JavaScript for handling the selection of a change of criterion, and for handling the change of months to be shown (either by scrolling one month at a time or by picking one of the predefined periods on buttons).
